Last Sunday, Mike and I went to Borders Books and did a little shopping.
On the way home, we got stuck in a traffic jam and to pass the time, he started
reading Life
of Pi by Yann Martel to me. I have been resisting this book the way I resisted
going to see Titanic. The more people
recommended it, the more I dug my heels in and found other books that I just
had to read first.

Mike has a great voice and he knows how to read a story aloud. His voice became
the voice that I heard in my head as read the rest of the story.. I loved
it. I am now one
of those
who highly
recommendLife
of Pi. I also recommend having someone you care about start you out on
the journey.
